Healthy Congregations Workshops
This is a series of six hour workshops for clergy and lay-leaders. These workshops, developed by Dr. Peter Steinke, take a systems approach to congregation life.
The first workshop is a prerequisite for each of the others. The first of these workshops, "The Marks of Healthy Congregations," gives leaders the basic tools for managing conflict and moving toward the congregation's established goals. Topics include:
